Text messaging program terms
These terms apply to the Tossit SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Tossit as described below.

- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies based on your request and activity.

- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.

- Reply HELP for help, or email sam@tossitslc.com.
- Carriers
- Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we'll send one confirmation message and won't text you again unless you opt back in.
How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our quote form and checking the box that says you agree to receive text messages from Tossit. Your opt‑in is specific to Tossit and is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you sign up again.

Quotes and pricing
Quotes and estimates provided through our website or by text are based on the information and photos you give us. A quote is an estimate until confirmed. If the actual job materially differs from what you described, we'll discuss any change with you before proceeding. We don't change a locked‑in price after the fact based on our own misjudgment of your photos.
Use of the website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law. All content on the site, including the Tossit name and logo, is owned by Tossit and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers
