Pricing for whole-home projects

• Smaller whole-home reset — from $2,400. Condos, townhomes, and houses up to about 1,800 sq ft. Most jobs land around $2,400–$3,600.
• Standard whole-home reset — from $3,800. Typical single-family homes of 1,800–3,000 sq ft with normal family accumulation. Most jobs land around $4,500–$7,500.
• Large or complex reset — custom quote. Homes over 3,000 sq ft, multiple outbuildings, packed basements and attics, or multi-day multi-crew projects. Usually $7,500 and up.

Walkthroughs typically happen within 48 hours of your inquiry, in person or by video. You get a written quote with a clear do-not-exceed cap before anything is touched. We can sign your NDA before the walkthrough, or provide ours, for executors, attorneys, and anyone who simply wants the paper. The job itself is scheduled around your timeline — we've started as soon as the next day and we've also held dates for months.
