Larger and whole-home projects
For whole-home, estate, or multi-day projects, labor and disposal costs swing widely based on what's actually there. We start with an online range, then confirm one exact project price from a few photos or a short walkthrough. Either way you have a range today and a firm total before we start, with a do-not-exceed cap in writing.
When a custom price is needed
- Heavy debris — concrete, dirt, roofing, brick
- Extreme clearouts with significant bagging and sorting
- Unusually heavy items — safes, pianos, hot tubs
- Homes with many stairs or long carries
- Anything requiring demolition or deconstruction

What we don't take
Chemicals, hazardous waste, and biohazard materials. Those require a licensed specialty handler, and we're glad to point you to one.
